Workshop “The man who plays” (Russia, Urals Region)

Promotion of Philosophy

Workshop “The man who plays” held by “New Acropolis” Izhevsk.

Each of us wondered, “Who am I? What am I standing for? What do I live for?”
Our social roles leave their mark on our personality. Sometimes they influence our decisions and life choices.
The objective of the workshop is to understand how to distinguish your needs from other people’s expectations, how to learn how to choose the right goals without agreeing to compromise solutions.

During the workshop, we looked at the painting “Children’s Games” by Pieter Brueghel the Elder. It recalled that children’s freedom and the ability to experiment help to reveal hidden talents and skills.
Remembering our favorite childhood characters, we have discovered that childhood dreams can provide important guidance today.

The result of our meeting: to fulfill your destiny, it is more important to show the right qualities than to look for the ideal activity. True happiness and success come not through choosing an ideal profession, but through the unfolding of inner potentials and the free expression of one’s identity.

We would like to thank all the participants of the meeting for their journey inside themselves!
