Tribute to Jorge Angel Livraga Rizzi – (Brussels, Belgium)

On October 8, New Acropolis Belgium held an evening of commemorative readings in honor of its founder, Jorge Angel Livraga Rizzi. Hosted by Fernand Figares, director of New Acropolis Belgium, and Sylvain Cigna, head of the Brussels branch, the event marked the 32nd anniversary of the Argentine philosopher’s death on October 7, 1991.

The evening was devoted to a reading of selected texts by Jorge Livraga, followed by a time of discussion and reflection with the audience. This annual tradition enables members of New Acropolis to return to the roots of their philosophical movement and appreciate the relevance of Jorge Livraga’s message, which continues to inspire thousands of people around the world.

Today, New Acropolis is present in some 50 countries, with over 500 centers, testifying to the vitality and universal scope of its founder’s teachings.
