The New Acropolis school in Chicago hosted an online discussion for World Philosophy Day about the power of dialogue.

The director of the school, Gilad Sommer moderated a discussion with three thought leaders in the field of communication:

Alexandra Hudson, author of ‘The Soul of Civility: Timeless Principles to Heal Society and Ourselves’.

Dr. Helena Agueda Marujo from the University of Lisbon, specializing in Positive Psychology.

Eva Rodriguez Bellegrigue, philosopher and specialist in Conflict Resolution.

The speakers provided different views of the meaning of dialogue and the power that it has in society as well as discuss solutions on how to start a dialogue in the context of the polarization we are experiencing these days.
