At the headquarters of New Acropolis Iquitos, we carried out our cultural outing to the ‘Amazon Museum’ created in 1986, declared Cultural Heritage of the Nation, thus launching our second action plan that corresponds to the National Strategy Defenders of Cultural Heritage that New Acropolis Iquitos is committed to promote also this 2024.

The visit was a total success, with adults, children and teenagers in attendance, we started with a very interesting and dynamic guided tour that allowed us to learn much more about our Iquitos culture.

After the tour, there were theatrical improvisation and drawing workshops for the children.

This activity is in conjunction with the Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de Loreto, who are our allies in this enormous challenge to continue promoting culture in our city.
