We have harvested about 800 kg of thin willow branches with buds, which will become nutritious food for moose, roe deer and other ungulates. Moved a large pile (25 m3!) trunks already joined by animals to the crushing machine for further processing. We also built five feeders and two drinking bowls, repaired the floor in the moose enclosure and cleared the green strip around the center of debris and broken glass.
How were we able to do this amount of work efficiently and in just two hours? The practice of active attention, while harvesting branches and assembling structures, and well-coordinated teamwork, helped us.

We timed this action to coincide with Mother Earth Day, which reminds us that the planet Earth is a unitary living beeing, and a man can destroy or preserve its health by his own actions. Thanks to volunteering, everyone can contribute to taking care of the planet and become a better person.
