A seminar was held in Kiev where speakers addressed the philosophical understanding of the laws of nature and human beings, as manifested in astronomy, Chinese medicine, and Taoism.

 

Knowledge of natural laws shapes our worldview, our value system and our standards of conduct.

We are confronted with questions such as: ‘What is a human being?’, ‘Who can and should we become?’, ‘What is our place in the inner and outer world?’ and ‘What is our relationship with the sacred?’ The answers to these questions help us to construct ourselves on three levels: on earth, in heaven and in the soul.

During the seminar, we also explore the philosophical aspects of the constellations of Draco, Virgo and Ursa Major.

We reflected on the three jewels of Taoism: Shen (mind), Qi (energy) and Jing (essence), as well as their relationship with virtue and inner transmutation.

The seminar concluded with a presentation on the Ten Gifts of Zeus. Becoming aware of this generosity and welcoming it into our lives awakens enthusiasm, fighting spirit and strength for creativity and philosophical transformation.
