The meaning and pattern of dreams has interested people since ancient times, because they were an important part of their lives. The evidence is preserved books, dream books or traditions from several ancient cultures, as well as the knowledge of modern researchers. Since this topic is also interesting for the contemporary people, New Acropolis Slovakia choose this topic for a seminar. Its goal was not only to get acquainted with different views on dreams, to explain how dreaming occurs or how to remember dreams better, but also to realize what many traditions and teachings agree on – that through dreams we can get closer to our inner self and better understand ourselves.
