World Philosophy Day

The event entitled “The Renaissance Movement: Ideas That Changed the World” included a documentary exhibition, a screening of the acropolitan film On the Footsteps of Renaissance Geniuses, and a series of philosophical dialogues and workshops dedicated to prominent figures of the era such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Erasmus of Rotterdam.
The Renaissance marked a rediscovery of humanity, nature, and reason.
The philosophers and artists of this period emphasized the unique value of the human being, the freedom to choose and create, the power of reason and knowledge, and the harmony between spirit, body, and the universe. The event aimed to draw public attention to the capacity and value of the human being, who can be more than just a simple human resource.
