By the motto: “Every improvement of society starts with the improvement of the individual”, the volunteers of the “Group for Social and Ecological Actions” of New Acropolis, in Heraklion, grabbed garbage bags, put on gloves and cleaned up their two “adopted” parks that are situated in the center of the city.  This is an action that takes place regularly, within last year, by the group K.O.D.E. of Heraklion, Crete. Volunteerism is for life not for a minute!
