About 30 members from New Acropolis in Strasbourg, Stuttgart, Nuremberg and Munich met to visit a remarkable exhibition on The World of the Celts, Centres of Power and Art Treasures held at the Landesmuseum Württenberg in Stuttgart. This exhibition displays original objects from all around Europe, exhibited together for the first time, providing an overall view of their art and culture. Ritual objects such as cauldrons, swords, etc., bear witness to the extraordinary refinement of this civilization that was sometimes mistakenly considered barbaric.

New Acropolis volunteers visited hospitalized children and gave them a happy day of artistic activities such as paper-folding and painting.

The Nicholson Museum is home to the largest collection of antiquities in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. A guided tour through the Ancient Greece and Rome section of The Nicholson Museum at Sydney University has been organised by New Acropolis. Guided tour was followed by talk: “The Interpretation of the Myth of the Labyrinth and Theseus” in the Quadrangle.
