On 4th August 2013, a Sunday newspaper in Bangalore (India) printed an extensive article about New Acropolis on its cover page, entitled “In the metropolis, it’s time to go back to the Acropolis”.
As Bangalore is the most prestigious research centre in India, the article says that “rather than bits and bytes or Boolean algebra, it is Aristotelian syllogisms and Socratic dialogues that fascinate these students…” “When you say philosophy, most people think it is an elite subject for intellectuals. But actually, philosophy is about living life well.”
