During the month of December, volunteers from New Acropolis in Lisbon (Portugal) helped to renovate the house of a young Lisboan, who was a victim of domestic violence that made her quadriplegic and confined to a wheelchair.

The work is part of a community Solidarity Project, in which many different professionals and volunteers take part: builders, construction workers, decorators, carpenters etc. The house will be finished during the last days of the month to enable Diana to celebrate Christmas in a new home.
