‘Theatre is a reality in itself without the limits of space and time’. J. A. Livraga
A theater workshop entitled ‘The inner actor’ was carried out at the House of Culture of the Hungarian city of Szekesfehervar. Attendees could, on the basis of the analysis of the theoretical principles of theatre, catch a glimpse of all its hidden possibilities, as in the mystery theatre of antiquity. Different exercises of attention, imagination and movement helped participants, some of them part of the local theatre company, to take a step towards the idea of a theatre that unites and paves the way to the true identity of an individual or a community.
