New Acropolis Taubaté visited the Air Force Command headquarters, CAVEX. CAVEX is the base for most of the country’s military aviation organizations. The aeronautical complex covers an area of 264 hectares, with 3 hangars, an air traffic control tower, aircraft parking area and a heliport, as well as a 1,500-meter long runway for civilian and military use, which makes it suitable for the landing of large aircraft. The guide presented the origins of military aviation, a rich history depicted through objects and historical documents.
