On the occasion of International Volunteer Day New Acropolis Bulgaria presented the many aspects of volunteerism within the international organization: Education, in the form of various lectures and courses; Culture, including art workshops and theater; Social action activities, including visits to orphanages and nursing homes and Ecological activities, trying to make the city we live in a little cleaner and more beautiful.

Participants in the event were invited and inspired to engage in activities they like and also to begin their volunteer experience. So Volunteer Day has become a wonderful occasion to celebrate our work and to remember that the modern world can be improved as long as we don’t only dream, but also work for a better and brighter future.
