New Acropolis Timisoara presented a course on the art of healthy living whereby Dr. Anca Paunescu offered practical explanations and recommendations with regards to the prevention of illness. The course was structured around the different constitutive levels of the human being, presenting theoretical principles and practical measures to ensure wellbeing at every level, including the physical body, vitality, and psychological and mental components. Of particular interest was the presentation of ways to develop every aspect of the personality, and the visible and invisible links between the body, energy, emotions, thoughts and soul, with the aim of achieving a higher state of harmony. Participants enjoyed ginger and masala tea and savoured a large variety of vegetarian dishes for lunch and dinner including quinoa and avocado salad.
