In the lecture hall of New Acropolis Alicante the training workshop entitled ‘Emotional intelligence: beyond empathy’ was carried out.

In charge of Psychologist Antonio Lozano, a series of courses, workshops and lectures was in this way launched, focusing on promoting change and personal transformation in an integrative way, that is as a unity of body, mind and spirit.

After briefly discussing the origins of the field of emotional intelligence and its definition, practical relaxation and visualization exercises were carried out to achieve a better concentration and use of the workshop.

This series of workshops is proposing to deepen human relationships rendering them more authentic, in order to attain improved psychological health.
