The volunteers of New Acropolis Huancayo visited the hostel Domingo Savio, a transitional home located in the district of Chilca in Huancayo, which welcomes since 1999 children and adolescents in situations of extreme poverty, risk and moral and material abandonment.

Under the motto ‘Tell me a story’ stories were narrated with puppets and other props and children had a great time participating, and some even bravely created stories for their peers. Another group of volunteers helped the little ones with their personal hygiene and their meals.

To the rhythm of music, laughter and song, the volunteers and children spent an unforgettable morning.
