For the fourth consecutive year, volunteers from New Acropolis Sofia joined forces to help the sick chestnut-trees in collaboration with “Mission Chestnut Tree” organization.

To stop the moth pests that spend the winter in the fallen leaves and attack the trees in the spring, the volunteers gathered more than 200 bags filled with foliage leaves. As a result, the participants helped around 20 trees to be healthier and to produce more fresh air in the city.
