The sound therapist Felipe Urtiaga held an activity called Journey to Sound. A journey that one undertakes lying down with closed eyes, following a few relaxation exercises which help leave behind for a few moments the worries generated by everyday life.
The instruments used were mostly from the Far East: gongs, Tibetan bowls, rattles and a monochord. Also, water was poured from one container to another to produce a relaxing feeling, and sounds were recreated in the manner of Tibetan monks.
A pleasant and relaxing time that helped us recover from the stress and bustle of this busy world, and which at times allowed us to see solutions to problems that block us, or new projects, and changes to make in our lives…
