In collaboration with the Modern Stoicism movement, New Acropolis Chicago celebrated Stoic Week with two workshops dedicated to the teachings of the Stoics – “Applying Stoic Principles in Your Workplace”, given by Dr. Greg Sadler, Editor of Stoicism Today, and “Can you trust your feelings?”, given by Mr. Gilad Sommer, director of New Acropolis Chicago.

The activities were accompanied by a colorful exhibition about the Stoics prepared by the members of the school.

In the workshops we revived the always relevant teachings of the Stoics, expanded our understanding of their concepts, and practiced simple reflection exercises to see how these teachings can be applied to our everyday life.
