Brazil and Costa Rica, Colors for “La Carpio”. New Acropolis volunteers spent a day in the “La Carpio” neighborhood, amidst games and laughter while painting a wall together with Brazilian artist Luan Bordgo and Tica artist Emme. A juggling activity was also held for the children.

Volunteers have already painted over 1000 meters in this community that has been fighting violence with art, dance and games. “We are creating spaces which raise people’s awareness about the place where they are raising their children”. Daniel Villaplana, participating volunteer.
