Young people who are looking for a change in their life style, attended a lecture about this modern trend (YOLO – You Only Live Once).

Among the topics discussed: How can we reconcile the need to live the moment and the need to take care of the future?  Can an individual who faces lots of demands from society, choose how to live his life?  How can we find a balanced way of life?  etc. After the lecture participants took part in an exercise and fruitful discussion about various practical ways to make a change.
