New Acropolis Croatia, in cooperation with the Union for the Blind and the support of the Center for Contemporary Art – both of Montenegro – and the city of Podgorica, organized an exhibition for the blind and visually impaired entitled “Please Touch!”.

The exhibition was held at the Perjanički Dom Gallery in Podgorica and presented fifty archaeological reproductions of known works pertaining to our cultural heritage.

Each piece on display was accompanied by a description in Braille and large letters, with the aim of inviting visitors to touch and feel the figures with their own hands.

New Acropolis volunteers, in addition to reciting poetry representative of each culture present, attended to the visitors at all times.
