A wine tasting consists in detecting a large number of compounds present in the wines, so it is more an art than a science, because it requires a sensitivity and subtleness that transmits in an exciting way a fleeting impression.

And so began our evening with the explanation of the different musts, coming from several regions of Granada. Before the tasting of each wine, the origin was explained, as well as the colour, the transparency, brightness, intensity, the fruity, floral, herbaceous aromas;  all this accompanied by a tasting of different dishes typical of our land.
