‘The Blue Bird’ performance (Moscow, Russia)

Artistic Activities

‘The Blue Bird’  show has been made by the group of students New Acropolis Moscow as a social project for children in hospitals and hospices.
Maeterlinck’s play about the girl Mytyl and her brother Tyltyl seeking happiness was chosen because of its spirit of magic and friendship.  These were the things that the volunteers wanted to share with the children as well as adults, who could watch the long-expected premier in one of the Moscow branches.

For the long period of rehearsals, the students had been learning not so much acting art as qualities of kindness, braveness, patience, distinction right and wrong and many others.
