Restoring camaraderie (Los Angeles, USA)

Volunteering

Following the uprising against racial discrimination, many stores were looted or burned, and owners were left with ruined life enterprises.
Seeing the frustration and anger, we understood that our part in this story is mainly to encourage fraternity and to strengthen the sense of care and communion once again. So we set out, from New Acropolis Los Angeles, to give a hand in fixing damages. We removed Graffitis from local businesses in Santa Monica and then left messages of reconciliation on the wooden boards protecting stores in Melrose.
