Painting exhibition (Pécs, Hungary)
The Pécs Centre of New Acropolis Hungary hosted an exhibition of contemporary paintings. 34 paintings of architect András Bögös, a fellow of the Hungarian Academy of Arts, were on display for 8 days. For the exhibition, the amateur painter himself selected his best works, which incorporate precisely designed forms with free elements.
The aim of the organizers is to give local artists an opportunity to introduce themselves to the public. The Centre presents thought-provoking, soul-stirring works of art that provide food for both the eye and the mind. Such works of art, whether by professional artists or skilled amateurs, can awaken a sense of external as well as internal beauty in visitors.
