Art and philosophy have always been intertwined in such a way that art, in a profound sense, could not be understood without the symbolic and contextual interpretations provided by philosophy. Philosophy could not be applied if the philosopher ha not previously awakened the artistic sensibility of the shaper of thought and souls.

Aiming to better understand this dynamic, three talks were held on: “Reflections on Latin American popular songs”, “Art as a factor of transformation” and “Art and Philosophy in the Renaissance”.
