Acatenango Volcano is the third highest peak in Central America, and we recently challenged ourselves: we climbed it at night to see the sunrise from the summit and descended the same day.
Thirty-two people participated, including members and friends of the New Acropolis Guatemala Centers. The way up was a physical and mental challenge, but the scenery we witnessed made it all worthwhile!
