New Acropolis volunteers celebrated World Philosophy Day by organizing a manifestation by the name “Days of Philosophy 2022 – Language of Symbols” for their fellow citizens.

The idea of the lecture “Symbols – In Search for Meaning” was to inspire the participants to ask themselves what is it that stirs their every act, word, and gesture. Just as every symbol expresses an essence that is hidden, man’s way of expressing himself becomes a symbol of his inner being.

What is the soul and what is her faith after death? – This was the opening question of the lecture “Of the Soul – Plato’s Myths and Symbols”. The search for answers, which began with this lecture, continued on through a workshop in which visitors could, in a symbolic way, experience a journey of soul inspired by Plato’s Myth of Er.
