Ecological Volunteering

New Acropolis Hungary, in cooperation with the Danube-Ipoly National Park Directorate, renovated the Strázsa Hill hiking trail near Esztergom. Nearly hundred volunteers took part in the work over four weekends. These one replaced three hundred rotten steps with new wooden beams. The renovated staircase will thus be safe to use for another thirty years. The cooperating partners will continue to work together in 2022, relocating barriers and renovating signposts.
