Members of New Acropolis Dnipro participated in the first aid training. They learned how to stop bleeding, apply bandages and tourniquets, carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation and deal with burns.
The most important part of the course was about the effective use of materials at hand.
The volunteers were advised that before providing first aid, they should first make sure they are not in danger.
In addition, the training included how to call for an ambulance and describe details of an accident.
