New Acropolis Oaxaca launched an urban vegetable garden with the intention of raising awareness about the growth process of the food we eat every day and its care from the time the seeds germinate until they are brought to the table. In this practical workshop, participants learned sowing techniques, the vegetable germination cycle and basic care of an urban garden. Nine volunteers participated in the workshop, who seek to implement vegetable gardens in their own homes.
