Our Tel Aviv branch is located in a southern neighborhood that has a lot of people living on the streets and disadvantaged people in general. We went out with a group of students from the initiation course to get to know these people from the neighborhood up close, to make ourselves known with an open heart, and we set up a table with hot tea, lots of cakes, cookies and slices of pizza. People came to us, enjoyed their food, brought their friends, and made us feel comfortable in a place that is not always easy to navigate.

The simple talks and their thanks reminded us that we are all people, we all need trust and affection.

It was a very enriching experience.
