The Headquarters of the International Organization New Acropolis – Brazil North (OINABN) received the National Volunteering Incentive Award 2022 from the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic.
The organization was selected among the highest scores in the country and ranked first in the Midwest region as an organized society institution that promotes volunteering.

One of the projects that stood out for this award was the “Criança para o Bem” Program, an initiative that for 15 years has been providing socio-educational services outside school hours, in a planned, systematic and free of cost manner, to children and young people ranging from 6 to 16 years of age in situations of social vulnerability, living in several administrative regions of the Federal District. Dozens of volunteers are dedicated to the program.

Volunteering is one of the pillars of New Acropolis. In the spirit of sharing what has been learned, and practicing philosophy through fraternal coexistence, volunteering promotes the activities of the institution’s headquarters and is expressed in solidarity and ecological actions with the communities in which it operates in all continents.
