St Valentine’s Day was celebrated with a shadow theatre performance based on the Chinese myth “The cowherd and the weaver-girl”. The myth is a love story, of union between the earthly and the divine.

The shadows led us through the world of ancient China, while its beautiful mythology transported us to the birth of the Milky Way. The shadows were made of recyclable materials and the theatre was put together using textiles and curtains. The function was enjoyed by children and adults.
