New Acropolis International Organization promoted the launching of the Book Club in Belém (PA), with the presentation of the program of the first cycle of readings that will take place during five months, including: On the Brevity of Life (Seneca); Bhagavad Gita; Gates of Fire (Steven Pressfield); In Search of Wisdom (Sri Ram) and The Voice of Silence (Helena Petrovna Blavatsky)

The initiative is unprecedented in the city and registration is open to the general public, in addition to students enrolled in the Classical Philosophy Course. The objective is to encourage the improvement of the human being through the reading of essential works for the development of the best in each one of us.
