Celebration of World Philosophy Day (Guatemala,Guatemala)
This year’s World Philosophy Day featured the theme “Philosophy in Action”.
During the celebration activities we highlighted the task of the philosopher to extract the teachings from experiences and turn them into something useful.
We started with the musical performance by Lynda Castellanos on flute together with Christian Andrino on piano.
We continued with the talk entitled “Philosophy in Action” which was followed by an art exhibition where we collected some illustrious works that reflect philosophical action, along with texts.
A cocktail ended this beautiful commemoration.
We thank the Ixchel Museum for its support and for providing the space.
