First aid training (Bordeaux, France)
The members of the Bordeaux Centre attended a first aid course (PSC1) given by Alain and Bernard, trainers from UNASS (National Union of Associations of Rescuers and Lifeguards).
As apprentice philosophers, it seems to us essential to be active citizens in our environment and therefore to be able to act in support of our fellow citizens.
With this in mind, we asked professionals to train us in emergency procedures. This allowed some of us to update our knowledge and others to discover it. Human welfare was at the heart of everyone’s concerns. Thanks to the UNASS trainers, Alain and Bernard, and to the 18 members of the school for passing the exam certifying their care during this day! There are still 60 more members to be trained.
