A talk-workshop on the ‘Alchemy of Coffee’ was held at our headquarters. We delved into the philosophy of the world of coffee and how its various processes can be related to the internal processes in the human being through philosophy. We also had the opportunity to smell and taste different kinds of speciality coffee and ended the activity by reflecting on how, when sorting coffee beans, we select those that are in the best condition and how, in the same way, we should choose the best that is within us.
