Towards Unity through Diversity: Concordia: Heart to Heart (Győr, Hungary)
The Arts Day was celebrated by the Győr Centre of New Acropolis Hungary with a music programme. The Verszengetők ensemble, made up of members of the organization, performed a half-hour long programme of poems and songs. Entitled Concordia: Heart to Heart, the programme inspired discussions on different aspects of the topic.
The participants explored together how individual and collective aspirations can be reconciled without compromising either. They identified the good qualities and aspirations that connect people on deeper levels and enrich communities. The evening ended with a handicraft session and the joint creation of a mandala.
