Once again, respecting the traditions of our country, we enjoyed the custom of Tsiknopempti (The word Tsiknopempti comes from the Greek words “tsikna” (grilled meat aroma) and “pempti” (Thursday). It is a long-standing tradition in Greek culture and an important part of its culinary heritage.). Nowadays it’s no longer done so much in preparation before the Lent, but to us it’s an opportunity for togetherness, to get closer, to open up to the people around us.
