In our Coffeelosophy session we met at Café Xperimental -in zone 12 of Guatemala City-, a café dedicated to creating experimental drinks every weekend. We learned about the different flavour experiences through coffee fermentation and associated them with different moments in life, which we approached philosophically. We tasted delicious desserts and accompaniments made especially for the occasion.
