Good philosophers are always inspiring! (Nuremberg, Germany)

Cultural Activities

Stories are told to children to help them fall asleep. And for adults? To help them wake up!

A firebird that longs for freedom and the sun, a duckling that recognizes its own beauty and becomes self-confident, and a little girl who has not lost her faith and intuition in miracles – those were the themes during an enchanting evening at New Acropolis Nuremberg where various storytellers presented fairy tales and myths from all over the world. Afterwards, the deep symbols were interpreted in an open exchange.

This way, the audience was (re-)enchanted to connect themselves with old stories and myths so that they could bring light into their inner life during a dark winter season.

What more can philosophy achieve than bringing light?
