Members and friends of NA Chicago visited @mindworkschicago – a museum and research lab studying the workings of the mind. In the museum we explored how external factors “nudge” us to take unconscious decisions, and the tricks our mind uses to take shortcuts that often fail us.

As the Buddha said, our mind can be our worst enemy or our best friend – it all depends whether we control it or it controls us…
