An Evening of Literary Inspiration (Pardes Hanna, Israel)

Cultural Activities

In celebration of Book Week, the New Acropolis center in Pardes Hanna recently hosted “Inner Reading,” an open-mic evening dedicated to the books that have shaped our worldview and awakened our inner lives. The event brought together dozens of participants to explore literature not just as text on a page, but as a catalyst for personal growth, providing the strength and clarity needed to navigate our everyday reality.

The evening was a tapestry of words, music, and shared wisdom. Attendees reflected on the books that acted as turning points in their lives – works that opened their eyes, challenged their perceptions, and forged a deeper connection between the individual and the world. It was a heart-opening experience, proving that a truly profound book is one that invites us to read not only the lines on the paper but also the chapters of our own soul.

Through this gathering, New Acropolis continued its mission of bridging the gap between philosophy and the practical art of living. By sharing the stories and ideas that move us, the community created a space where literature becomes a living force, reminding us that we are all authors of our own paths, constantly learning and evolving through the timeless power of the written word.
