In celebration of the Day of Arts, we held a unique workshop in Taipei that brought community members together to design intricate mandalas using handmade, flower-shaped stamps. Throughout the experience, we created individually, worked in small groups, and collaborated as a collective, exploring harmony both within ourselves and with others. A mandala symbolizes an order expanding outward from the center—much like our breath, our thoughts, and the landscape of our inner world. By acting from our own center, we learn to bring beauty and harmony to our lives and our surroundings.
