New Acropolis volunteers clean an historical site in Mumbai
Ban Ganga (a spring believed to be created by the arrow of Lord Ram himself) is one of the last surviving cultural and historical sites left in Mumbai. On the 9th of December 2012, 21 Volunteers congregated at the bank of this sacred water tank with the singular intention; to clean! They left the space not only much cleaner than when they got there, but each one feeling refreshed and rejuvenated by the process. New Acropolis regularly conducts these and other such events where members and friends collectively work towards the betterment of the society and environment they live in.
