New Acropolis celebrated the World Philosophy Day 2019 with the release of a new book titled “Above All, BE GOOD: A Stoic Guide to Happiness,” authored by Mr. Gilad Sommer, Director of New Acropolis USA Midwest.

In addition to the book launch, National Director of New Acropolis India, Mr. Yaron Barzilay spoke about the timeless relevance of the Stoic teachings. The talk , attended by over 100 guests, highlighted some key principles such as the need to take responsibility over one’s emotions and the freedom to choose our response to circumstances with dignity and inner stability.
